From the Nat King Cole song, and if this becomes an earworm for anyone, I sincerely apologize. I don’t know about “Lazy,” but “Hazy” definitely applied. Although the sun was nowhere visible in the soupy gray haze, at about 93° (34°), its presence was everywhere felt. As for “Crazy,” I have nothing to say.

This sunset, in Lynchburg, Virginia, was difficult to see, not only because of trees and houses, but because the sun disappeared in the typical midsummer blue-gray haze. But we mustn’t let a little thing like that stop us.
